Small : Sizes range from 4.87 lbs. to 5.38 lbs.

Medium: Sizes range from 5.48 lbs. to 6.39 lbs.

Large: Sizes range from 7.25 lbs. to 7.43 lbs. SOLD OUT

Packaged: one boneless rib loin (different sizes available), vacuum sealed. Beef is 14-day dry aged, cut by hand and fresh-frozen in vacuum sealed packaging. Beef is frozen and can be picked up at farm by appointment or can be shipped, so plan ahead to properly defrost.
