We have a variety of unique beef cuts for specialty cooking and stock making including beef heart, hanger steak, liver, kidney, tongue, fat, marrow bones and knuckle bones. If you’re interested in any of these more adventurous cuts we have them and would love to get you what you need. All items are vacuum sealed + frozen. This is not bundle — each can be purchased separately depending on your interest and needs.
