Bone-in short ribs are hand-carved to be thick-cut to ensure maximum flavor and tenderness. Short ribs are in packaged approximately 1.5 lbs. per vacuum sealed package. Keep in mind that the bone helps seal in moisture as the meat cooks. Whether you roast them in an oven, crockpot or dutch oven, low heat and a long cooking time is the best way to make that meat fall right off that bone!

*Beef should be cooked within 2-3 days of thawing.
