• 3 Ribeyes | Generously hand-cut, minimum 1.25″ thick

• 3 NY Strip Steaks | Generously hand-cut, minimum 1.25″ thick

• 3 Sirloin Steaks | Hand-cut, minimum 1.25″ thick

• 5 Packages of Premium 80/20 Ground Beef | ~1 lb. each (blend includes dry-aged brisket & sirloin)
