When it comes to seasoning we believe that if you start with great beef it really only needs salt and pepper more often than not. However this is not the humble salt you may be used to, as each of the seasonings have been cold smoked for a minimum of 24 hours adding a smoky layer of flavor that’s perfect for steaks, burgers or even grilled veggies!
