- • 1 teXga roast (Sirloin tip, Chuck, Rump or London Broil. Pictured is Sirloin tip.)
- • 1-2 TBS taco seasoning
- • A little less than 1 TBS garlic salt
- • 1 jar Salsa verde
- • 1 can diced tomatoes (or Rotel)
- • 1 can diced chiles
Directions
Step 1
Put everything together.
Step 2
Cook for eight hours.
Step 3
Shred the meat.
