Shredded Roast Beef Tacos

Also works great with nachos, or as a tamale filling!

  • 1 teXga roast (Sirloin tip, Chuck, Rump or London Broil. Pictured is Sirloin tip.)
  • 1-2 TBS taco seasoning
  • A little less than 1 TBS garlic salt
  • 1 jar Salsa verde
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (or Rotel)
  • 1 can diced chiles


Step 1
Put everything together.
Step 2
Cook for eight hours.
Step 3
Shred the meat.
