Ribs in a Crock-Pot!

Ingredients
- • 4-5 lbs. teXga short rib
- • 2 cups beef broth
- • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- • 1 TBS onion powder
- • 1 TBS garlic powder
- • 5 cloves garlic
- • 3 chopped carrots
- • 1 sliced onion
- • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- • 1 container mushrooms (optional)
- • Olive oil + salt & pepper (for searing)
Directions
Step 1
Cut your thawed short rib into 2.5" to 3" pieces.
Step 2
Brush olive oil onto your short ribs and add salt and pepper for seasoning.
Step 3
Sear each side.
Step 4
Add short ribs and ingredients to Crock-Pot and cook for eight hours or cook for one hour in an Instapot.
