teXga Taco Hash

2 lbs. teXga ground beef
- Your favorite vegetables or what's available in your fridge.
We suggest:
3-4 cups kale or spinach
- 1 Vidalia onion
- 1 zucchini
- 1 yellow squash
- 1 bell pepper
- Cherry tomatoes (quartered)
- Taco seasoning to taste
- 1-2 TBS Minced garlic
- Cheddar cheese
- 2 TBS olive oil

- Brown your ground beef and set aside
- Chop your veggies and cook down in olive oil and minced garlic. *Add your kale after all other veggies have been cooked down.
- Add your ground beef back in in addition to taco seasoning. Top with cheese and enjoy.
