teXga Savory CrockPot Short Ribs 

Savory teXga Short Ribs:
- Thaw 5 lbs. of short rib, cut into smaller, 3" pieces
- Cover with olive oil, salt and pepper
- Quickly sear each side of the short ribs
-Once browned, put them in the crockpot with veggies:
- 4 chopped carrots, 1 diced onion, 6-8 cloves garlic, 1 container mushrooms, some folks even do chopped celery (same amount as carrots)
- 1, 6 oz can tomato paste
- 1.5 TBS of Better than Bouillon seasoned roasted garlic base
- 1 32 oz can of beef broth. Add more if you need to.
- A splash of white vinegar
*6-8 hours in CrockPot
We recommend serve over mashed potatoes
