⁃ 4-5 lbs. teXga short rib
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 TBS onion powder
- 1 TBS garlic powder
⁃ 5 cloves garlic
- 3 chopped carrots
- 1 sliced onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 container mushrooms (optional)
- Olive oil + salt & pepper (For searing)
- Cut your thawed short rib into 2.5-3" pieces
- Brush olive oil onto your short ribs and add salt and pepper for seasoning.
- Sear each side.
- Add short ribs + ingredients to crockpot and cook for 8 hours or cook for 1 hour in a Instapot.
