Ingredients:
⁃ 2 lbs. teXga ground beef
⁃ 1 lbs. Italian sausage (*Optional, but while we raise beef, we support the pork industry, too!)
⁃ 2 eggs
⁃ 1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan cheese (Powdered works too!)
⁃ 3 TBS Parsley
⁃ 1 TBS Italian seasoning blend
⁃ 2 cloves garlic or some minced garlic
⁃ 1-2 tsp Garlic salt (why not!)
⁃ 1 tsp Salt
⁃ 1-2 tsp cracked pepper
Directions:
- Mix and roll into 1 inch balls. Cook in skillet with olive oil.
