PreHeat Smoker to 375°F (or oven)
Ingredients:
1 lbs teXga ground beef
1 TBS minced garlic
1 yellow onion- diced
2 cups frozen peas, carrot & corn medley
2 TBS flour
1/2 cup beef broth
1 TBS tomato paste
1 TBS Worcestershire sauce
1 TBS Italian seasoning
2 cans of biscuits (Or make your own!)
Homemade mashed potatoes
Directions:
Brown your ground beef along with garlic and onion. Once beef is cooked, stir in frozen veggies and cook for 3-5 minutes until soft. Add in your flour, tomato paste and beef broth and stir. Also storm in Worcestershire sauce & Italian seasoning.
Flatten out your biscuits and create a biscuit cup using a muffin tin. Stuff each cup with beef and veggie filling. Put muffin tins on smoker at 375° for 30 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes… enjoy!
