• 2 – King Size Center Cut Filets | Each filet a minimum of 14.4oz
• 3 – Sirloin Steaks | Each steak cut at 1.25 in. thickness
• 3 – Chuck Eye Steaks | Each steak cut at 1.25 in. thickness
• 3 – Coulette Steaks | Each steak cut at 1.25 in. thickness
• 1 – Can of our smoked salt and pepper blend for seasoning the perfect steak!

*These steaks were dry aged for 14 days, vacuum sealed, fresh-frozen and can be safely stored for 2yr from the packaging date*
