4 – Boneless Ribeyes  | These are the largest ribeyes we offer, each steak generously hand cut to a minimum of 1.25″ each weighing between 19.2 oz. and 23.84 oz.
3 – packages averaging approximately 1 lbs./each of 80/20 premium ground beef (blend includes dry aged brisket and dry aged sirloin)

*Beef should be cooked within 2-3 days of thawing.
