This pre tenderized, thin cut is a great value for everyday meals. Prepare as “chicken fried” or “country fried” steak in skillet for best results (In our opinion) but can also be cooked in a crockpot for your family’s enjoyment! Need a recipe?  Contact us! Cube steak is packaged four to a pack in approximately 1 lbs. vacuum-sealed portions. Cube steak is sold in 5 package increments.

*All beef is 14 day dry-aged, vacuum sealed and fresh-frozen, cut and packaged by hand

*Beef should be cooked within 2-3 days of thawing.

*Please note that vacuum sealed, frozen product when properly stored is viable for up to 2 years from the packing date on label.
