*All beef is 14 day dry-aged, vacuum sealed and fresh-frozen, cut and packaged by hand

*Small briskets are between 7.1-8.79 lbs Medium Briskets are between 9.1 lbs.-10.75 lbs. | Large Briskets are between 11.26 lbs.-13.74 lbs. (Out of Stock) | XL Briskets are between 14.11 lbs.-17.12 lbs.

*Beef should be cooked within 2-3 days of thawing.

*Please note that vacuum sealed, frozen product when properly stored is viable for up to 2 years from the packing date on label.
